Kiss the Anus of a Black Cat (KTAOABC) is the musical project of Belgian songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Stef Heeren. Founded in Ghent, Belgium, in the early 2000s, the band first emerged with a dark, hypnotic take on psychedelic folk — weaving droning harmoniums, acoustic guitars, ritualistic percussion and the prominent voice of Heeren into a unique blend that drew inspiration from the free folk and postrock movement of that time.

ru·is brings a darkfolk mix between traditional ballads and poetry set to music – lovingly dragged through the mud and rewired with vocals, harmonium (Isa Desmet)
fiddle, keys (Uther Smis), drums (Sam Hinnekens) and a pocket of odd electronics. Sometimes sweet, sometimes kind of cursed. Probably not danceable.
